Celcom has now reached 1 million total status checks in May 2020. So far the status check via Celcom's website has become their most preferred channel during the lockdown in April and May.This year, connectivity has become more important then ever before. Many people have been confined to their homes as per government guidance, meaning businesses and consumers worldwide have had to adjust their routines and rely heavily on mobile networks for work, education, socialisation and entertainment.This milestone achieved by Celcom is great proof of how service checkers can help provide insight and self service capabilities for the benefit of both operators and customers.
