Status Checker Hits 10,000,000 Check Milestone

Our award winning Status Checker technology has hit 10,000,000 unique checks and associated automated messages for our largest UK customer.

Since its launch in 2016, Status Checker allows a network operator's subscribers to query live network service status for any location of interest. The data coming in from these checks is invaluable in identifying potential emerging network faults, as well as providing a fast, digital route to care outside of traditional call centre channels. This drives huge operational savings for the operator as well as proven improvements for customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS.
